We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Engineer to join our team at Detail2Recruitment. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of routine electrical and instrumentation maintenance in our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Electrical Maintenance: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement work plans and schedules to maintain maximum efficiency of our assets.
  • Problem-Solving: Take ownership of complex problems and use appropriate fault-finding skills and tools to aid fault diagnosis.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of electrical and instrumentation engineers to achieve high-performance results.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance and shutdown schedules.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues on electrical and instrumentation principles and infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience as a lead or senior electrical or multi-skilled engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Time-Served Qualifications: Hold recognized qualifications in electrical engineering and instrumentation.
  • Heavy Manufacturing Experience: Experience working in heavy manufacturing or engineering environments.
  • Electrical Principles: Established understanding of core electrical principles and infrastructure.
  • Automation and Control: Understanding of automation, control, and instrumentation, including experience with variable speed drives.
  • Electrical Standards: Familiarity with relevant electrical and automation standards.
