We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Product Specialist to join our team at Catalyst Partners. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our processes and ensuring consistent data use by integrating various HR-IT systems into a central internal database.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data models and database structures, as well as experience in an HR project environment or working with HRIS systems. Initial programming experience in SQL is an advantage.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Integrate various established HR-IT systems into a central internal database.
  • Develop and enhance existing interfaces for the use of HR data.
  • Create audit-proof authorisation and user concepts.
  • Coordinate requirements from stakeholders (HR, key users, process owners, in-house IT, and external service providers).
  • Support and initiate further developments and system adjustments.
  • Participate in digitalisation projects related to HR processes.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Deep understanding of data models and database structures.
  • Experience in an HR project environment or working with HRIS (e.g., Perbit, Avature, SAP, or Workday) or IT project experience and agile project management (Scrum working) is desirable.
  • Initial programming experience (SQL) is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to travel to Germany regularly.
