Job Title: Shift Miller
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Shift Miller to join our team at ADM. As a Shift Miller, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our milling plant, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain milling plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Monitor and control the milling process to ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and quality control measures.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a milling or food processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of milling plant operations and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
