Job Title: Shift Miller
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Shift Miller to join our team at ADM. As a Shift Miller, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our milling plant, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the milling plant equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Monitor and control the production process, ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards.
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance on equipment, identifying and reporting any issues or defects.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve production targets and improve process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a milling or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of milling plant operations and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming and control systems.
