About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Development Technologist to join our team at Greencore. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and products
  • Conduct line trials and ensure that all products meet food safety and quality standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements
  • Monitor and analyze process trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that manufacturing teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Food Science or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • Relevant qualifications: Level 3 Food Hygiene, Level 2 Health and Safety, HACCP Level 2, Sensory Training Level 2, and Microbiological Training Level 2
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
