Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Manage and direct enterprise SEO accounts, ensuring successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- SEO Strategy Development: Build and implement SEO strategies across technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO, utilizing tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
- Client Onboarding: Onboard new SEO clients, providing a seamless transition and ensuring a thorough understanding of their business goals and objectives.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create various reports, including analytics and performance, technical, and on-page updates, to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
- Client Communication: Communicate regularly with clients, utilizing strong personal, relationship-building, and presentation skills to ensure effective collaboration and client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Work with and lead parts of the team to implement SEO strategies, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Technical SEO Audits: Conduct technical SEO audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing fixes to enhance website performance and technical setup.
- CMS Optimization: Implement optimization changes through various CMS platforms, including WordPress and Shopify.
- Content Creation: Develop keyword-led content calendars and content strategies to drive business growth and improve online visibility.
- Team Development: Work alongside the Head of Digital to support team development and training, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Become a senior team member within the agency, recognized for your expertise and contributions.
- Develop skillsets in other digital channels, expanding your knowledge and capabilities.
- Build and develop the SEO team, mentoring junior team members and helping them grow in their roles.
- Drive strong client retention rates and client satisfaction scores, ensuring long-term business relationships.
- Contribute to winning new clients as the agency grows, leveraging your expertise and skills to drive business growth.
