Position Overview

As a Service Ambassador at Isla, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of £14.05 (including Tronc) along with additional tips and company benefits.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Exhibit a passion for service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of restaurant and bar operations, including the order of service.
  • Possess a comprehensive knowledge of our seasonal menu and curated beverage offerings to enhance guest interactions.
  • Maintain a vibrant and engaging atmosphere, thriving in a high-energy environment.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a boutique hotel or high-quality dining establishment.
  • A strong understanding of food and beverage pairings, with the ability to make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with a diverse range of guests.
  • Full-time availability with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
