About the Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Strategic Engineering Lead (Nuclear Reactors) to join our Decommissioning Projects business. Due to the rapid growth of our business in the civil nuclear site decommissioning arena, we require more support to deliver and expand on our existing decommissioning expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate teams to support complex decommissioning challenges.
  • Provide technical consultancy to support decommissioning of legacy nuclear facilities.
  • Develop creative solutions to drive efficiencies in the decommissioning process.
  • Interface and liaise with key client and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience of a range of project requirements from FEED studies to EPC.
Requirements
  • Nuclear Decommissioning specific experience - particularly civil nuclear reactor sites.
  • Good knowledge of best practice and LFE for civil nuclear reactor decommissioning.
  • Innovative thinker with knowledge of a range of approaches from across different industries.
  • Member of a professional institute and chartership preferred.
  • Self-starter with a professional leadership approach and a technical background.
