Position Overview

Realty Income Corporation is seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of Head of Real Estate Investments. This position is pivotal in expanding our real estate portfolio across Europe by identifying and executing strategic investment opportunities within the European Union.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the entire transaction lifecycle for real estate investments.
  • Maintain up-to-date market intelligence and establish connections to facilitate the identification and evaluation of investment prospects.
  • Prepare, sustain, and present regular reports and industry analyses for review by senior management.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, supporting and empowering colleagues to achieve collective success.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Commerce, or Finance.
  • A collaborative mindset, focused on teamwork and shared objectives.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a significant advantage.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
