Job Title: Estates Manager

Job Summary:

As an Estates Manager, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize profits and streamline property operations
  • Coordinate estate management of properties to ensure compliance with legal requirements and environmental, health, and safety standards
  • Support the finance team with rental, service charge, rates, and insurance invoices
  • Create and maintain comprehensive databases of leases, contracts, and rental agreements
  • Liaise with local government agencies to ensure compliance with all legal requirements
  • Manage rates schedules and coordinate rate payments
  • Provide support to property department in new property acquisitions, negotiations, and completing heads of terms documentation
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in property management or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of property laws and regulations
  • Experience managing multiple properties simultaneously
