We're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team in the Birmingham area. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, ensuring their products are installed and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain our clients' products on customer sites
  • Complete planned and reactive maintenance as required
  • Utilize facilities management systems to ensure compliance with submitted documents
  • Collaborate with the service engineering team, planning, sales, training, and customer experience teams
  • Submit all paperwork electronically via our tablet and online portal
  • Attend monthly meetings via Teams and quarterly meetings at our head office in Birmingham
  • Complete a monthly stock take of all equipment and parts
