Key Responsibilities:
  • Fault finding and engine electrical and mechanical problem resolution
  • Electrical and mechanical component replacement
  • Basic wet and dry engine service
  • Control panel modifications and tweaks
  • Customer liaison and ensuring complete customer satisfaction
  • Providing call-out cover for generator breakdowns
  • Complying with the Company Health & Safety Policy and ISO 9001:2015 procedures
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Diesel Fitting/Plant or equivalent
  • Good fault-finding abilities and strong communication skills
  • Previous experience working in a Field Service environment is advantageous
  • Full Driving Licence with towing categories preferred
  • Good customer awareness and ability to respond to customers' requirements effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
