Deputy Head of Estates Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Head of Estates to join our team at Venn Group. As a key member of our estates team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our day-to-day operational estates and external clients on behalf of our Heads of Estates.

The successful candidate will be required to manage performance, expenditure, essential training, and sickness within the estates workshop. You will also be responsible for ensuring the effective management of MICAD and Zetasafe systems, and for ensuring the workshop team hits KPIs for planned and reactive maintenance.

As Deputy Head of Estates, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering cost improvement plans, obtaining contracts, and sourcing contractors. You will also work closely with senior estates managers to ensure the delivery of planned maintenance across the estates, meeting statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in a Building Services or Construction discipline, or equivalent experience. You will also need to have P405 management of asbestos certification, or be willing to complete it within 12 months of starting in the role.
