Key Responsibilities:

* Preparation and finalization of accounts for Limited Companies, Sole Traders, and Partnerships
* Ensuring timely completion of audits, overseeing processes from planning to completion
* Reviewing VAT returns and other final documents to ensure the highest standard of accuracy
* Communicating clearly and effectively at all levels to progress assignments and resolve queries
* Supervising junior staff, including review working and knowledge sharing to support their progression
* Building trusted client relationships, acting as their main point of contact to proactively handle queries
* Championing your own professional development, undertaking training opportunities where possible
* Working directly with Managers to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are always met

Requirements:

* ACA/AAT/ACCA qualified, part qualified, studying or with a desire to begin study
* Demonstrable experience within practice
* Proven track record of the preparation of financial and management accounts
* A hands-on team player who can also work autonomously
* Excellent work ethic, self-motivated, and reliable
* Exceptional communication skills and keen eye for detail
* Able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties
* Good awareness of current affairs and solid commercial acumen
* A can-do attitude and a proactive problem solver
* Ability to work well under pressure
