Deputy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Westfields Day Nursery in Cheltenham. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the EYFS, promoting partnership with parents, carers, and families, and developing strong working relationships with local authorities and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of the EYFS, including planning and record keeping
  • Promote and facilitate partnership with parents, carers, and families
  • Support the development and maintenance of strong working relationships with local authorities and regulatory bodies
  • Stay up to date with current developments in early years policies and practices
