We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team at Galliford Try. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage and coordinate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with site teams and subcontractors.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
