As the Procurement Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of indirect categories, encompassing services such as Marketing, IT, HR, and more. Your focus will be on developing procurement strategies that enhance efficiency and strengthen stakeholder relationships across the organization.
This position requires three days of in-office work as part of a hybrid arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and manage relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement. Identify and leverage opportunities for value creation through effective supplier contract management and market analysis. Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement categories. Lead procurement initiatives within various business projects, ensuring alignment and collaboration with internal stakeholders. Promote adherence to governance and compliance standards within procurement processes. Assist in the implementation and management of new procurement systems and methodologies.Required Skills and Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in indirect procurement with a strong understanding of category management. Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and business collaboration. Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and supplier relationship management. Experience in executing end-to-end procurement projects, including RFPs and RFQs. Familiarity with greenfield procurement environments. Experience in the deployment of new procurement tools and platforms.Desired Attributes
