KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively lead the sales team to drive growth and meet sales objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that broadens the company's client base and strengthens its market presence.
- Oversee recruitment, goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of internal sales staff.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and thoroughly.
