Multitrade Operative

We are seeking a skilled Multitrade Operative to join our Living Space team in the South Derbyshire area. As a Multitrade Operative, you will be responsible for undertaking repair and renewal works across various trades, identifying the need for other trades to undertake the repair or renewal, and advising the supervisor in a timely manner.

• Undertake repair and renewal works across multiple trades, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and excellent customer service.
• Identify the need for other trades to undertake the repair or renewal and advise the supervisor accordingly.
• Work in partnership with other operatives to complete projects, ensuring timely and productive completion.
• Complete daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job.
• Afford excellent customer service to client representatives, ensuring a positive experience.
• Work to Wates Health & Safety Professional Standards, including commitment to and understanding of the company's safeguarding policy towards children and vulnerable adults.

• Qualified Multitrade Operative with experience gained from working in a similar industry and environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
