We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery of care.
- Lead and manage a team of Support Workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry and reporting.
- Support the team in providing person-centered care, promoting the independence and well-being of our service users.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to the individual needs of our service users.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in the Health and Social Care sector.
- Desirable: Level 3 NVQ or QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
- Great leadership skills.
