As a Spa and Fitness Advisor, your role will encompass:

- Impact - Your contributions matter; we equip you with the necessary tools to craft personalized experiences for our guests daily.
What qualifications are necessary for this role? Your primary responsibilities will involve enhancing the guest experience in our Spa and Leisure facilities by:
- Responding to guest inquiries with knowledge and professionalism.
- Understanding Health and Safety regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Leading fitness classes and ensuring our fitness areas are well-maintained and safe.
- Going the extra mile to ensure guests depart with satisfaction.
We seek candidates who possess:
- Availability to work 40 hours per week across 5 shifts, including weekends.
- Experience as a Fitness Instructor or in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- A Level 2 Fitness qualification (essential).
- Knowledge of Health and Safety practices and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- A drive for results and a collaborative spirit within the Kimpton family.
- A warm, genuine personality with a proactive approach to service.
- A willingness to work collaboratively to enhance guest satisfaction.
