About the Role

Cyrenians is seeking an experienced trainer and facilitator to join our team as a Learning Facilitator. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the continued growth and development of our work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging workshops and events, both online and in-person, to support the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation of high-quality digital resources that align with our programme goals.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with family support services, schools, and other relevant groups and organisations.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of our work, providing valuable insights to inform future programme development.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for improving the relationships and lives of young people and families. As a Learning Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to our stakeholders, and will be expected to work collaboratively with our team to achieve our programme goals.

You should be well-organised, effective in your time management, and flexible in your approach. You will also be expected to demonstrate our values of compassion, respect, integrity, and innovation in your work.

As a member of our team, you will have access to a range of support and development opportunities, including our learning and development programme and staff wellbeing services. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our supportive manager and contribute to the growth and development of our programme.
