Breakfast Chef Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team at a hotel in the Dartford/Swanley area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present a range of cold menu items for our Breakfast Buffet
  • Cook to order hot food items for guests and non-residents taking breakfast in our restaurant or private dining rooms
  • Assist with lunch and afternoon tea prep and service as directed by the Head Chef/Sous Chef
Requirements:
  • Experience of preparing breakfast dishes within a hotel or restaurant environment
  • Ability to work a 5-day week, 40 hours per week, with straight shifts at 6am each weekday and 6.30am/7am start on weekend shifts

Working with our Team: As a Breakfast Chef, you will be part of a dynamic team working together to deliver exceptional service and cuisine to our guests. You will be reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef, and will be expected to support the team with general preparation and service for lunch and afternoon tea.
