Technical Director

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Technical Director to lead our Environmental Consultancy team in Cardiff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing EIA projects, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality environmental, renewable energy, and water resources projects for public and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Environmental Impact Assessments and Environmental Statements
  • Manage and track project development, including frequent meetings with clients
  • Develop and implement Environmental Management Plans, Pollution Prevention Plans, and Site Specific Surface Water Management Plans
  • Lead and mentor team members to ensure successful project delivery
