Job Description

We are seeking a talented Digital Media Director to join our team at PHD, a growth-focused media agency driven by innovation and creativity. As a key member of our global operations team, you will be responsible for elevating best practice guidelines in line with econometrics, attribution, and media performance insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Data Solutions Director to land and scale new data products using the client's 1P data in more markets with consistently.
  • Develop custom solutions for data-driven sales driving tactics with our global partners.
  • Manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously, while having an eye for detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (digital media, data innovation, digital operations, and regional teams in particular) as well as external (client, consultants, contractors, media partners).

Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in the digital media industry and willingness to share experience and knowledge.
  • Passionate about the pace of change in digital media.
  • A great project manager.
