We're Tribal Tech, a digital agency passionate about crafting innovative marketing strategies that drive real results. Our team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of paid media, and we're seeking a talented Paid Media Director to lead the charge.

About the Role

As our Paid Media Director, you'll be responsible for developing and overseeing paid media strategies that align with our clients' goals and deliver strong ROI. You'll lead a team of media specialists, guiding them to grow into the next generation of digital leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies that drive business results
  • Lead and mentor a team of media specialists
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns
Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience in paid media, a strong background in both Paid Search and Paid Social, and a deep understanding of paid media platforms. You should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
