About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team at Ivy Resource Group. As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Supervise and motivate a team of construction workers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor and control project costs and timelines
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience working as a Site Manager on construction projects
- Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications
- Hard hat, high vis, and steel toe cap boots
- Civils experience and possibly highways experience
What We Offer:
- A competitive daily rate of £250
- A 26-week contract with the possibility of extension
