The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in London. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of primary infrastructure on various schemes and projects, working collaboratively with our integrated delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and coordinate the construction process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  3. Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and identify potential issues or risks.
  4. Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

  1. Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent qualification.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role, preferably in infrastructure or highways projects.
  3. Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
