Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Bird & Blend Tea Co. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain a high level of store operations.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Sales and Revenue: Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, promotions, and customer interactions.
- People Management: Recruit, train, and develop a talented team to meet business objectives.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the Bird & Blend Tea Co. brand and values, embodying our mission and vision.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a management role or similar within a customer service environment.
- Skills: Proven track record of effective selling skills, leadership, and people management.
- Availability: Flexibility in availability is essential, with the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
