Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Store Manager to lead and manage a growing team at our Exeter location. The Store Manager will work closely with their fellow Team Members and District Manager to provide a high-quality product and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct day-to-day store operations
  • Create and manage store schedule
  • Manage product ordering and store inventory
  • Manage cash handling
  • Hire, train, and develop staff
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment
  • Manage and enforce food safety procedures
  • Provide outstanding leadership to help manage and grow your team
Requirements
  • Experience with managing orders in a high-volume environment
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Experience with hiring, onboarding, and training team members
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Prior food service experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Full-time availability
