As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing the project team, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage project reports, including progress updates, financial reports, and quality control documents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure effective communication and project success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a construction consultancy environment.
  • MRICS qualified or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
