Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join our team at STS Aviation Services. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our aircraft fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance, repair, and overhaul of customer aircraft, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and certification of maintenance within company approvals
  • Provide leadership and supervision of aircraft mechanics and support staff, setting high standards for maintenance execution
  • Ensure timely and efficient aircraft maintenance activity to meet customer satisfaction for on-time performance and technical dispatch reliability
Requirements:
  • Part 66 CAA License, B1
  • A320/B737 type ratings are desirable but not essential
  • Previous Base Maintenance experience
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing working requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
  • Full UK Driving licence Essential
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
