London, Greater London, United Kingdom Nicholson Glover Full time
Job Description

Unlock Your Potential as a Behavioural Designer

Are you passionate about understanding human behaviour and using design to influence positive change? Do you dream of creating innovative, sensory-driven solutions that make a real impact? If this sounds like you, keep reading – this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Why Nicholson Glover?

Imagine being at the cutting edge of behavioural design, working with a dynamic team to craft experiences that truly influence behaviour. Picture yourself translating complex behavioural strategies into intuitive, beautiful designs that drive desired actions. If you thrive on creativity, innovation, and collaboration, you'll find a home with our company.

About Nicholson Glover

Nicholson Glover is a leader in the field of behavioural design, creating high-end, conceptually driven solutions that harness the power of sensory information. We specialize in designing everything from business communications and physical products to immersive experiences and intuitive UX designs. By applying advanced behavioural science principles, we deliver solutions that make a significant impact on businesses and their customers.

The Day-to-Day

As a Behavioural Designer, you'll immerse yourself in the world of sensory design. Your main goal is to identify friction points within products or experiences and craft behavioural solutions that eliminate these barriers. You'll collaborate with Behavioural Architects to understand the strategies and with Experimental Designers to test and refine your concepts. Expect to:

  • Design and Develop: Create visually stunning and effective business communications, physical products, and UX designs using tools like Sketch, Figma, and Photoshop.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with a team of 20 Neurodesigners, sharing insights and best practices to push the boundaries of what's possible.
  • Engage with Clients: Present and defend your designs in client meetings, clearly communicating the behavioural impact and design rationale.
  • Innovate: Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging proprietary neurodesign frameworks and bias banks, and continuously seek new ways to enhance your design solutions.

The Ideal Candidate

You're not just a designer; you're a behavioural scientist at heart. You have a degree in Design, Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field, and you bring a deep understanding of sensory design principles. Your technical skills are top-notch – you're proficient in Sketch, Figma, and Photoshop. But beyond that, you have a proven track record of creating conceptually driven design solutions and presenting them effectively to clients. You're a creative thinker, a problem solver, and a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Benefits

Joining Nicholson Glover means becoming part of a cutting-edge team that's at the forefront of behavioural science and design. You'll enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, access to proprietary neurodesign frameworks and resources, and abundant opportunities for professional development.
