  • Contribute to the development and improvement of claims processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Motor Claims, with a strong understanding of claims handling processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using claims management software a plus.
