Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of claims, providing accurate and timely information to customers and stakeholders.
- Investigate claims, gathering relevant information to make informed decisions and ensure fair outcomes.
- Recommend and implement effective claims management processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of claims processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Motor Claims, with a strong understanding of claims handling processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using claims management software a plus.
