Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will provide senior management and leadership to our community nursing teams, working closely with the operational manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and management to community nursing teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to KPIs, contractual expectations, and CQC requirements.
  • Line manage aligned Band 6 and 7 staff, supporting them in their roles and providing guidance and coaching as needed.
  • Work closely with other specialist services, GP's, Social services, Hospices, and other MDT partners to provide an integrated approach to patient care.
  • Focus on enhancing the quality of patient care, local provision needs, and staff development, while encouraging innovation in care delivery.

Requirements
  • Registered healthcare professional (NMC registration)
