Join Our Team as an Early Years Apprentice

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Early Years Apprentice. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and care of our young children.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality early years education and care. You will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities, promoting children's learning and development, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver creative and educational activities that meet the needs of children aged 3 months to 5 years.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service, supporting the well-being and safety of children at all times.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with EYFS and Ofsted regulations.
  • Engage with parents and carers, providing updates on children's progress and involving them in their child's learning journey.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, enhancing your skills and knowledge in early years education and care.
