About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and cook meals for our residents, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen staff, including training, supervision, and performance management.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
  • A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
