About The Role

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our Butlin's team. As a key member of our Facilities department, you'll be responsible for carrying out general repair and maintenance tasks across our main resort.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the resort's facilities are in good working order
  • Responding to maintenance requests and resolving issues promptly
  • Working collaboratively with the Facilities team to deliver an exceptional standard of work and service
  • Undertaking additional training and roles as required to support the team

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Practical hands-on experience in a maintenance role
  • Confidence to work on your own initiative as necessary
  • A flexible approach to work and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • A driving license

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high standards, thrives in a busy environment, and has a great 'get stuck in' attitude. If you're a team player with a can-do approach, we'd love to hear from you.
