Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and qualified marketer to join our New Business Communication Team within the Marketing Department. This role is essential for managing and executing communication strategies for the Tusker scheme aimed at new clients.

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for overseeing the communication of the Tusker scheme to prospective clients preparing to implement the scheme for their employees. This includes close collaboration with clients during the setup phase and for three months post-launch to develop and deliver tailored marketing materials that effectively promote the scheme to their workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce customized marketing materials such as brochures, posters, direct mail, and digital communications based on templates. Collaborate with clients to determine the most effective marketing channels for promoting the scheme and provide best practice recommendations for awareness initiatives. Develop tailored communication strategies for each client to ensure maximum engagement during the launch phase and the subsequent three months to enhance scheme adoption. Work in partnership with internal teams and Employee Benefit Partners to keep them informed about client marketing initiatives. Organize promotional events for new clients, including webinars and roadshows, and represent Tusker at these events as needed. Document all client campaigns and communications in SalesForce. Create customer landing pages using WordPress.

Proven ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively. Ability to thrive under pressure and work collaboratively within a team. A marketing degree or qualification with a minimum of one year of relevant marketing experience is preferred.
