The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical knowledge of the financial services industry, with a focus on investments and pensions. They will be responsible for writing technical reports, supporting advisers, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write technical reports for high net worth clients, utilizing advanced level exams in investments and pensions.
  • Support advisers with a range of tasks, including correspondence with product providers and clients, researching products, and writing suitability reports.
  • Provide technical expertise to the paraplanning team, ensuring high-quality client service and support.
  • Develop and maintain a sound technical knowledge of the financial services industry, staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactively manage own case load, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma Level 4 qualified, with advanced level exams in investments and pensions.
  • Experience working in a Wealth Management firm, with a focus on technical paraplanning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proven ability to work in a busy environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
