Technical Paraplanner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our client's team in Amersham. As a company, they offer ethical and honest solutions to help their clients achieve financial goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of the financial services industry, including investments and pensions. They will be able to write technical reports for HNW clients and have experience of wrap platforms and main tax wrappers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting advisers with a range of tasks, including correspondence with product providers and clients, researching products and writing suitability reports.
  • Providing technical support to other members of the paraplanning team.
  • Assisting with the preparation of technical reports and presentations.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Working closely with the advisory team to deliver high-quality client service.

Requirements:

  • Diploma Level 4 qualified and working towards Chartered status.
  • Advanced level exams in investments and pensions will be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organisation skills.
  • Proactive and able to use own initiative.
  • Ability to cope well in a busy working environment and manage own case load.
