Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Collaborate with our team to deliver projects, commissions, and professional assignments, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Commercial Management: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring seamless financial control and efficient project execution.
  • Cost Planning: Utilize CostX or other Cost Planning software to undertake commercial management services with minimal supervision.
  • Team Support: Provide assistance to the team leader/service leaders in cost management of projects, leveraging your expertise to drive success.
Requirements:
  1. Education: BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Private commercial sector experience, ideally in offices, residential, hospitality, major projects, fit out, and refurbishment.
  3. Skills: Proficient in CostX or other Cost Planning software, with a strong understanding of sustainability and data skills, including carbon assessment and Power BI.
  4. Pre- and Post-Contract Experience: Proven ability to work effectively in both pre- and post-contract environments.
  5. Communication and Teamwork: Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills, with a strong team player attitude.
