About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Strategy & Performance Transformation team as a Director. As a key member of our Defence sector team, you will be responsible for leading high-impact strategy and transformation projects for C-suite executives in defence contractors. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and delivering innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead opportunity development and conversion, working closely with Partners to design and deliver engagements that meet client needs.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of senior client contacts and stay up-to-date on defence organisations' strategy, structure, and stakeholder dynamics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and develop insightful recommendations that can be practically executed.
• Mentor and develop project team members, ensuring they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
• Proven track record of selling and delivering high-impact strategy and transformation projects to C-suite executives in defence contractors.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams and develop outstanding client relationships.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deliver complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• A deep understanding of defence organisations' strategy, structure, and stakeholder dynamics, as well as a strong network of senior client contacts.
