About the Position: We are seeking a motivated and dependable Retail Team Member to contribute to our operations in Bristol. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a delightful shopping experience for our clientele. Your duties will encompass assisting customers, upholding store aesthetics, and facilitating daily tasks. Key Duties:

  • Welcome and assist customers with their shopping inquiries, offering product insights and tailored suggestions.
  • Manage the checkout process, handle cash and card transactions, and efficiently process returns and exchanges.
  • Ensure a tidy, organized, and visually appealing store atmosphere, with products displayed attractively and easily accessible.
  • Restock merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring shelves are adequately filled and neatly arranged.
  • Assist with inventory oversight tasks, including stock counts and organization of the stockroom.
  • Address customer questions and resolve any concerns or complaints with a courteous and positive demeanor.
  • Support the execution of promotions, sales initiatives, and in-store marketing efforts.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales objectives and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Foster a positive team atmosphere by collaborating and supporting fellow team members.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a retail or customer service capacity is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic numerical skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • A positive outlook, enthusiasm for retail, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
