Candidate Requirements:
As this role is situated in a regulated environment, candidates must be prepared to undergo a background verification process. This includes referencing the last five years of employment history and a criminal record check, which will be facilitated at no cost to you.
- Previous experience in customer service is essential.

- Aim to enhance the "First Time Resolution" rate for incoming inquiries to minimize unnecessary follow-ups.
- Professionally manage customer objections to restore confidence in the brand and prevent escalation.
