We are seeking a committed Facilities Operations Supervisor to become a vital part of our team at FirstGroup. In this role, you will be accountable for managing all upkeep and repairs of our station facilities and their environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional quality.
- Establish robust relationships with stakeholders and the Station Management Team.
- Execute strategies to improve the oversight of servicing, repairs, and maintenance operations.
- Supervise maintenance agreements with external service providers.

- Adopt practices aimed at minimizing reactive maintenance.
