Salary: £25 - £32 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7) to join our team on a locum basis. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to patients in a sub-specialty within the Emergency and Integrated Care Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning of patient discharge with respect to medication.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective medication management.
  • Conduct medication reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement medication therapy plans.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare staff on medication-related topics.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in pharmacy (MPharm).
  • Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medication management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
