About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Belfast Central Mission. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional support and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care to residents, supporting them with daily living activities, social and physical activities, personal care, mobility, and mealtimes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring resident needs are met and exceeded.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.93 per hour for night shifts.
- Paid breaks and free meal (one meal per 12 hour shift).
- Uniform provided and paid Access NI.
- Opportunities for career growth and professional development.
Requirements
- 1 year's experience working with older people in a residential or community setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
