Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality hand therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of therapy services, including service improvement initiatives and quality assurance.
  • Provide education and training to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals on hand therapy and related topics.
  • Participate in research and audit activities to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5 GCSEs at Grade C or equivalent, including English language and maths.
  • Relevant experience and qualifications in hand therapy or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work across various settings, including inpatient and outpatient services.
