Job Overview

Titan Recruitment (South) Ltd is looking for several individuals to fill the role of Recycling Loaders. This position offers a reliable, full-time opportunity for those interested in contributing to sustainable waste management.

Position Requirements:

  • Transportation: Personal transport is essential due to the nature of the shifts and location.
  • Key Attributes: Dependability, a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and the capacity to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Work Schedule:

  • Weekdays: 05:30 AM to 02:30 PM

Compensation:

  • £11.44 per hour (overtime at £15.99 per hour)
  • Weekly payments every Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Waste and Recycling Collection: Gathering recyclable materials from residential zones.
  • Collaborative Work: Operating in a vehicle with a small team of 3-4 colleagues.
  • Public Interaction: Offering general assistance and information as needed.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
  • Positive Attitude: Upholding a constructive demeanor and following directives from management.
  • Adaptability: Maintaining a flexible approach to various tasks.
